Footage of everyday life in North Korea

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea, most often referred to simply as North Korea, is the most closed state of all existing, which is why the daily life of this country is perceived as something mysterious and mysterious. Even tourists and journalists who come here, who are not very numerous here, are always accompanied by local special services or special guides. They clearly make sure that foreign guests move only on permitted routes and remove only what can be removed. Talking to local citizens with tourists is strictly prohibited by law, and at the airport all the visitors' cameras are checked for any “unwanted” shots, which they may later ask to be removed.

The following photo selection was made by various photographers from August to October 2015 and reflects the modern daily life of the inhabitants of the DPRK, flowing behind a kind of "iron curtain".
