British artist turned an abandoned factory into a mausoleum of giants

The British artist Phlegm brings to life unusual images born of his rich imagination. He recently staged an epic solo show in his native Sheffield. Famous for his elongated, magical figures resembling images from the bestiary, the artist easily transformed his murals into three-dimensional sculptures.

As the street artist increasingly turns to installations, the current exhibition reflects his artistic growth. The local abandoned industrial complex, in which the British placed his monumental creations, is ideal for such gloomy and disturbing work. The atmosphere of alienation and frightening desert serves as a perfect accompaniment to the eerie giants Phlegm.
